I still use this very small IDE called DrJava (http://drjava.sourceforge.net). They made us use it in our first year studies and now a lot of people aren’t transitioning to any mainstream IDE’s which has a lot of the professors angry.
They even ended up giving a seminar on why and HOW to use eclipse and a majority are still stuck to the old one they made us use first year. They got a grad student to come in and talk about it, but people kept leaving out of lack of interest.
I do want to switch to eclipse though, the code beautifier got my attention fast…
Code beautifier? Is that what got your attention? You should definately have a look at this then: http://www.zefhemel.com/224.php
